Traditional Hangi
A hangi uses the traditional methods of slow cooking meat beneath the ground. The hangi will be ready early & packed in take-away alfoil containers. The Hangi includes pork, chicken, lamb, pumpkin, potato, silverbeet and home-made stuffing. You will be able to pay cash for the hangi on the day, cooked fresh on the grounds. It is a must to experience the taste of a traditional cooked Hangi!
